Barcelona (planet)

Barcelona was a planet mentioned by the Ninth and Tenth Doctor, shortly before and after the Ninth Doctor's regeneration. Supposedly its inhabitants included dogs with no noses. (DW: The Parting of the Ways, Children in Need Special)
