Barcelona was a planet mentioned by the Ninth and Tenth Doctors, shortly before and after the Ninth Doctor's regeneration. Supposedly, its inhabitants included dogs with no noses. (TV: The Parting of the Ways, Children in Need Special) Having told Rose Tyler that she would've "love[d] it" prior to his regeneration, the newly regenerated Tenth Doctor set a course to Barcelona on 6PM of a Tuesday in October 5006. However, he cancelled this trip to take Rose back home to the Powell Estate on Christmas Eve 2006. (TV: Children in Need Special)
