Barcelona was a planet mentioned by the Ninth and Tenth Doctors, shortly before and after the Ninth Doctor's regeneration. Supposedly, its inhabitants included dogs with no noses. The Doctor laughed that the joke about dogs with no noses is always funny on this planet (TV: The Parting of the Ways, Children in Need Special). The Tenth Doctor cancelled going to Barcelona shortly after his regeneration, after seeing how upset Rose Tyler was after he changed (TV: Born Again).

After defeating Es'Cartrss of the Tactire, the Tenth Doctor decided he would venture over to planet Barcelona. (COMIC: The Forgotten)
