As a result of the incident, (WC: Monster File: Judoon [+]Justin Richards, Captain Jack's Monster Files (2008).) the Judoon had no jurisdiction over the planet according to the galactic law (TV: Smith and Jones [+]Russell T Davies, Doctor Who series 3 (BBC One, 2007).) of the Shadow Proclamation. In the 2000s, the Judoon used a H₂O scoop to transport the Royal Hope Hospital from Earth to the Moon, designated as neutral territory, in order to intercept a Plasmavore charged with the murder of the Child Princess of Padrivole Regency 9. (TV: Smith and Jones [+]Russell T Davies, Doctor Who series 3 (BBC One, 2007).) Captain Tybo of the One Thousand and Fifth Judoon Guard crash landed on Earth whilst transporting Androvax, Destroyer of Worlds. A further group of Judoon arrived on Earth at Genetec Systems, successfully recovering both Tybo and Androvax.
