The Audio Originals were a series of narrated audiobooks released by BBC Audio. The series typically featured a range of past Doctors in one hour stories narrated by Doctor Who-associated actors.

The series followed on from the end of the New Series Adventures audiobook series which followed a similar format, but which instead featured only current Doctors. An associated series following companions after their time travelling in the TARDIS was also released, titled Beyond the Doctor.

The title "Audio Originals" is somewhat obscure. It is not used on official releases, but has been used to describe releases in this series sold by Big Finish Productions^[1], with a similar ident being used as a subtitle for digital releases listed on Penguin^[2] and Audible.^[3]
