The Atrions were the humanoid natives of Atrios. They were led by a royal family, which included the Princess Astra.
They once traded with their neighbours the Zeons who looked like them, but nuclear war broke out between Atrios and Zeos and lasted for five years. During this war the Atrions were lead by the Marshall and propaganda was televised supporting the war. In reality, Atrios was at war with the computer Mentalis on the third planet. The Atrion Alliance existed at a time closer to the end of the universe. When she was released from the Key to Time, Astra led her people but lived over two hundred years by unconsciously drawing energy away from those around her.
