Arthur Hewlett (12 March 1907-25 February 1997[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Kalmar in State of Decay and Kimber in Terror of the Vervoids. He was earlier considered for the role of Collins in Pyramids of Mars. (TCH 24)
