Area 4 was an area of space in Sector 25, as defined by the World Space Patrol.
In January 2065, Lieutenant Ninety detected an automatic mayday coming from Area 4, being told by Commander Zero to alert Fireball XL5 and get Steve Zodiac to investigate. It transpired that the signal had originated from a space freighter which had been hijacked by Batmen, who proceeded to attack Steve and flee the scene in the freighter. (COMIC: The Batmen)
