Archimedes was a planet which was home to a human colony owned by the Fountain Corporation.
UniMedia reporter Huksley went there to investigate the Fountain Programme and discovered a connection between it and a number of strange deaths on the colony. The Seventh Doctor, who had arrived in Huksley's flat, helped her uncover the truth, which was that her story was a hoax manufactured by UniMedia to increase their ratings.
