Anthony Parker was a prosthetics technician credited on the Doctor Who television stories The Family of Blood, Utopia, The Sound of Drums and Last of the Time Lords.
As part of Millennium FX, Parker worked on many more episodes of Doctor Who and Class, in a variety of positions for which he was not personally credited.
