Anita Benn worked at the Sandringham Hotel in 2024, where Joy Almondo booked a room. After Joy was taken to the Time Hotel, the Fifteenth Doctor stayed in Joy's room for a year and became close friends with Anita.
She and the Doctor started to dedicate a special night to be together called "Chair Night", where they ate takeaway food, played board games, and chatted.
Anita told the Doctor that she loved when the clocks went forward, and hated it when the clocks went backwards by an hour.
A year later, the Doctor left the hotel and bade Anita farewell.
