Anfield was the stadium of Liverpool F.C.. It was located in the borough of Anfield, in the city of Liverpool.
One match at Anfield was between Liverpool and Barcelona. The Doctor, by their thirteenth incarnation at least, had been to the match nine times. On one of these occasions, they served as a ball boy for Trent Alexander-Arnold.

- Anfield in The Halloween Apocalypse was a CG model placed in the shot, as the episode itself was filmed in Cardiff.[1]
- According to the script for The Halloween Apocalypse [+]Chris Chibnall, Doctor Who series 13 (BBC One and BBC America, 2021).,[2] a scene showing Dan walking home was originally intended to show him cutting through by the Kop, past the statue of Bill Shankly.
