Andromeda.gal.ax was an interstellar online shopping company used by Nardole during his time with the Twelfth Doctor while the Doctor was working as a university lecturer in Bristol. Nardole placed orders with the company to fulfill various requests made by Missy, who was imprisoned in a vault the Doctor was looking after.
Andromeda.gal.ax consistently misspelled Nardole's name as "N A Rdole". The company frequently made errors in its shipping, which included not understanding which Earth species it was acceptable to leave parcels with when Nardole was not available, leading to deliveries to plants and fungi, and the leaving of a package containing a tiger with a group of chickens, which were subsequently eaten. Nardole made repeated attempts to correct these errors. The company's attempt to replace the chickens led to their owner, Reverend D. Thorne, being killed by the robots delivered.
Andromeda.gal.ax sold a wide variety of products, including mundane Earthly items such as hairspray; sweets including sugar mice, lemon sherbets and marshmallows; books like History of the World and Great Women in History; makeup; and sheet music.
