Andrew Wooding met the Ninth Doctor in his youth.
Biography[]
In 1975, at his school in Surrey, Andrew and his class was visited by the Ninth Doctor. The Doctor got the class to paint pictures of their dreams; Andrew never found out why.
In March 2005, thirty years later, Andrew wrote about his encounter with the Doctor on the website Doctor Who?, noting that the Doctor still wore his jacket. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
