Andrew Lazell (born 1950[1]) was the visual effects designer on the Doctor Who television stories The Leisure Hive and Snakedance. He had earlier been an uncredited visual effects assistant on Genesis of the Daleks (INFO: Genesis of the Daleks), Planet of Evil (INFO: Planet of Evil), The Brain of Morbius (INFO: The Brain of Morbius), The Talons of Weng-Chiang (INFO: The Talons of Weng-Chiang) and The Invisible Enemy. (TCH 27)

He held the same position on Blake's 7 and 'Allo 'Allo!, amongst other programmes.
