Allan ‘All Ears’ Hogan (PROSE: The Tourist), wishing to be known by his self-proclaimed nickname All Ears Allan, was a barista and former barman who lived in Gloucester during the 21st century. He was an acquaintance of Ruth Clayton, and thought that she "deserve[d] better" than her husband, Lee Clayton. Allan was killed by the Judoon, after directing them to his dossier on Lee, when he showed physical aggression to Judoon Captain Pol-Kon-Don. (TV: Fugitive of the Judoon)
