All out was a cricketing term. When placed after a number, it indicated the total number of runs scored by a side at the point that all available batsmen had been retired.

Put more simply, it indicated the total number of runs a team had scored. For instance, the Doctor's Invitation Eleven were once said to be "140 all out". This meant their final score was 140 runs. (PROSE: Happy Endings)
