Aliens: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly was the episode of Doctor Who Confidential broadcast in conjunction with The End of the World.

The title is a reference to the 1966 film The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. As of 1 November 2023, the full-length episode has been re-released in the UK to stream on BBC iPlayer after many years of being unavailable.
