Adipose Pills were a white and red capsule distributed by Adipose Industries. They were only distributed to London but Adipose Industries did have plans to go nation wide. They were sold in groups for a three week course.
One pill was eaten a day. These caused the fat to walk away literally, use of the pill over three weeks caused the development and eventual birth of Adipose. The pills could be immediately activated using an Inducer which was disguised as an Adipose Pill Necklace which came free with with the purchase of the pill. The Inducer could also deactivate the pill.
In the London area Adipose Industries had one million customers. After the March of the Adipose after the Inducer was activated the pills were no longer distributed. (DW: Partners in Crime)
