Adipose Industries was a London company run by "Miss Foster" as part of her plan to breed Adipose on Earth in 2009. The company sold diet pills to reduce fat, but the pills actually created Adipose babies. They had one million customers in the Greater London area alone.
Donna Noble, while trying to find the Tenth Doctor, appeared at Adipose as a Health and Safety agent to research the diet pills. When she was reunited with him, he was pretending to be a Health and Safety agent named John Smith. (TV: Partners in Crime)
