The fat just walks away.
Adipose Industries was a London company run by Miss Foster as part of her plan to breed Adipose on Earth in 2009. The company sold diet pills to reduce fat, but the pills actually helped to create Adipose babies.
Trying to find The Doctor Donna Noble worked at Adipose as a Health and Safety person to research the diet pills when she was reunited with him as he was pretending to be John Smith(a Health and Safety person). (DW: Partners in Crime)
After the March of the Adipose, when Miss Foster died, it is unknown what happened to Adipose Industries since the pill scandal was likely to have made the company collapse, which would have left many jobless.
