He compared his appearance to that of the Doctor's, stating that some Time Lords chose to remain inconspicuous. His disguise was somewhat compromised however, by his first being seen to hover in mid-air, due to his co-ordinates having "slipped". A Time Lord was living on Gallifrey when a report on the Doomsday Weapon went missing from the Time Lords' files. He was one of those convinced the Master had taken it. A group of Time Lords, including this individual, sent the Third Doctor to the planet Uxarieus in the year 2472 to investigate. (TV: Colony in Space)
