Actinon was a primitive planet which in the 82nd century was inhabited by a barbaric, humanoid species. The Sixth Doctor and Frobisher travelled there. Frobisher took on the appearance of a barbarian to blend in.
A Draconian called Kaon once crashed on the planet after colliding with a meteor field. He created his own domain by taking land from Vegar the Vengeful. (COMIC: War-Game)
