This story was never produced.

Therefore, its known narrative elements are not a part of the Doctor Who universe as we, on this Wiki, choose to define it. It may have been the basis for a similar story in another medium, however — and that story may indeed be valid.

A Gold Star for the Doctor was an unproduced audio story planned by Ben Tedds for The Paul Spragg Memorial Short Trip Opportunity.[1] It featured the Fourth Doctor, a villain named Drickson Slade (later changed due to similarity with existing character Rickston Slade), the Galactus Award and a Quantum Macromiser. Elements in this story were used in The Best-Laid Plans by the same writer, including the Drickson Slade character, who became Dracksil Forg.
