On 7 March, the following important behind-the-scenes events were known to have occurred:
- 1985 - Recording for charity record "Doctor in Distress" took place. Among the attendees were Nicholas Courtney, Nicola Bryant, Anthony Ainley and Colin Baker, the Sixth Doctor. The song, written to help prevent the BBC from cancelling Doctor Who, was later released on 15 March.
- 1999 (production) - Recording on AUDIO: The Sirens of Time concluded.
