On 13 February, the Space Agency published their report of the detection of a spacecraft entering the atmosphere of Skaro, (PROSE: Stingray Attacked!) namely the ship of the Krattorian slave-trader Kest. This first encounter of the Daleks with hostile space-travellers spurred them on to begin developing spaceships of their own. (COMIC: Power Play)
