When the entire universe was cast into death by Sutekh's Dust of Death, a time window showed Ruby Sunday and the Fifteenth Doctor an interview between Amol Rajan and Roger ap Gwilliam about Roger's plans to create a nationwide DNA database. Although everyone was dead in 2046, the Doctor's having visited there meant that it had become a fixed point that he could visit again.
