January - The Zero Imperative was released on VHS by BBV Productions.
January - The John Menzies newsagent chain published REF: The Doctor Who Quiz Book (1994) by Doctor Who Magazine editor John Freeman as a promotional giveaway item.
15 January - DWCC 15 was released.
20 January - Conundrum was first published by Virgin Books.
20 January - DWM 209 was first published by Marvel Comics.
23 January - The edition of The Disney Club that guest starred Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor, was broadcast on ITV.

2 February - DWCC 16 was released.
7 February - The Ark in Space, Day of the Daleks and Pyramids of Mars were released on VHS.
17 February - No Future was first published by Virgin Books.
