Plot

Sergeant Robert Dudley introduces himself in his field log, on site at the location of the Time Fracture at Black Site. Surrounded by two UNIT operatives, he claims to have serious concerns for the safety of the human race.

• Sergeant Robert Dudley introduces himself as being "formerly of UNIT", but still wears his UNIT uniform.
• The Time Fracture is seen in the background as a vertical crack with white and orange light streaming out.
• The text on the video log reveals several pieces of information:
  • The Chronon and Artron readings vary between 18-19%.
  • The date is 17/08/20.
  • A graph denoted "duration" is visible.
  • Black Site is located at the coordinates 51°30'47.7"N 0°08'51.9"W

• Chronon is mispelled as "Cronon". This error is fixed in the subsequent log.
