On 12 February, the following important behind-the-scenes events were known to have occurred:
- 1965 - "Crater of Needles" was recorded at Riverside Studios 1. (TCH 4)
- 1968 - Location filming for Fury from the Deep concluded at Denham Aerodrome. (TCH 12)
- 1969 - Pre-filming for The Space Pirates continued on Stage 2 of Ealing Studios. (TCH 14)
- 1969 - Script editor Terrance Dicks commissioned a storyline for what then had the title of Facsimile, intended to be the first serial of season 7 and therefore the first serial in the effectively revamped Doctor Who. It was to be written by Robert Holmes. Holmes was ordered to write a full script on 3 June, and the serial was eventually retitled Spearhead from Space.

- 1996 - Studio filming for the TV Movie took place. (Doctor Who The Handbook: The Seventh Doctor)
- 2007 - The Big Finish audio anthology I.D. was recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2011 - Big Finish's Bernice Summerfield audio anthology Epoch was recorded.
- 2013 - The Big Finish audio story 1963: The Assassination Games was recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2015 - Filming of The Magician's Apprentice/The Witch's Familiar began.
- 2019 - The audiobook version of Professor Bernice Summerfield and the Glass Prison was recorded at Audio Sorcery.
- 2020 - Big Finish announced the casting of Michael Palin for their Torchwood audio adventure Tropical Beach Sounds and Other Relaxing Seascapes 4.
- 2020 - Big Finish's audio anthology The Year of Martha Jones was recorded at the Moat Studios.
