I think I once looked like an Ood while stuffing noodles into my mouth.
I just go for Thirteen.
The great actor who knows how to do a threatening voice.
I think I once looked like an Ood while stuffing noodles into my mouth.
It's not keeping track of time for mine...
In Aliens of London, we had Nine intending to take Rose home just twelve hours after she left. But he somehow takes her back twelve MONTHS later, leading Jackie to believe he was a groomer who found Rose online. Rose being gone for that long also led to Mickey being suspected of murdering her.
In The Eleventh Hour, we had Eleven telling a young Amy (or Amelia) that he'd only be gone for five minutes. But surprise, surprise... the TARDIS brings him back twelve years later. He later makes the same mistake at the end of the episode, when he arrives at Amy's house two years after saving the world with her.
An actress for us Whovians to remember.
I had no idea the Daleks & Grandpa Pig were voiced by the same man...
@CaptainKaibyo I don't understand why the new episodes keep getting panned...
Truly a classic theme tune!
The Four Faces of Tennant's Doctor
"What?"
"What?"
"What?"
"What?"
A legend like no other!
Christopher Eccleston was definitely a true Doctor.
In my opinion, I find Ten & Eleven's episodes to be more interesting...
-Tooth and Claw being more scary.
-Army of Ghosts/Doomsday being more tearjerking.
-The Unicorn and the Wasp being a murder mystery.
-The Stolen Earth/Journey's End being an Infinity War-esque crossover.
-The Eleventh Hour being the legendary introduction to Matt Smith.
-The Day of the Doctor being the episode where both Doctors meet each other in person.
David Tennant being the happy-go-lucky geek, & Matt Smith being the goofball, is what makes their tenures more appealing to me. So, even I though I picked Ten, I would say both of them are iconic.
As well as Sarah Jane saying she's been avoiding Torchwood in The Stolen Earth, I did find another reference as to what makes Torchwood more adult-orientated, & The Sarah Jane Adventures more child-friendly...
It's in one of the made-for-audio stories, The Shadow People. I believe there was a line where Sarah Jane states that the stories her companions' school classmates were telling were "too gory for her taste". It explains even more as to why she avoids the violent nature of Torchwood, not just because they have "too many guns".
This might be a bit dumb, but I generally see it as a nod to other Doctor Who spin offs...
I love their performance of Vale Decem.
Pro: The "rat jam" scene was spot-on.
Con: The plot is a little off.
@Dreamleak We can all agree that nothing even remotely gruesome in Doctor Who would be as harmful as anything gruesome in Torchwood...
The porter getting his neck bitten by a Weevil; the sex-addicted monster possessing Carys Fletcher; Dr Tanizaki being converted into a Cyberman, which ends up going wrong & killing him in the process; seeing Jack skinless & blind as he begins to regenerate back to life.
The reveal of Davros' mutilated body in The Stolen Earth, is just gruesome...
Not as much...
The pop culture references ruin the episode.
The most enjoyable thing is discovering that Lord Azlok was voiced by the late David Warner (who I knew from Titanic).
@FH2104 I suppose so.
