Sorry, i thought this was something universally agreed upon or mostly agreed upon in the doctor who wiki like for example "10 is a good doctor", "4 is a good doctor", "chris chibnall is bad" (again just opinions not saying these are fully agreeable)
Also peter's guitar playing was fire how could you not like that. even tho its pretty random, its nice. I liked this sequence, the plot itself is weird but i like this scene because of the guitar playing and how cool peter's doctor looks
