Hello people. There’s a new funny little First Doctor webcomic on Instagram. Have a look: https://www.instagram.com/the_undocumented_one/
Saw it once-thought it was ok. Watched it again and couldn’t finish it. Probably equally as bad as the western episode of The Prisoner. I REALLY wanted to like it but it caused me pain.
I love it
This is the worst kind of Who in my personal opinion. I’d just watch Harry Potter or the Spiderwick Chronicles if I wanted this vibe.
One can forge Tardis keys on demand. He never does it on screen but refers to it. See Marco Polo and, possibly, The Daleks.
Hello. This is just one frame of a longer comic. See the full thing and more at https://www.instagram.com/the_undocumented_one/

It’s a small thing but, despite his beloved status I’ve never quite been able to embrace Tennant in the Doctor role. He never looked and behaved like the Doctor to me although I’ve always struggled to explain why. One silly observation occurred to me today. It’s a subtle distinction but I can not imagine any of the other doctors before 10 doing their hair. Maybe Hartnell running a swift comb through it at most but the others have the look of having just rolled out of bed. Tennant’s hair - I’m sorry, I can’t accept it! #notmydoctorhair
Very satisfying that people are voting for the Mondasians.
How about the headmaster from remembrance - famous for kneeing Ace where it hurts?
I just love the McCoy. It seemed so modern at the time and still excites me when it explodes onto the screen.
Do my eyes deceive me or are Sontarans no longer going to be small in Flux? The one in the trailer looks more like a Two Doctors Sontaran with a budget.
It’s really good to know that somebody reliable will be at the helm although it would be exciting to have a brand new vision for the show from a new person. Then again, maybe he will have a brand new approach this time and surprise us all once again…
Make some merch
Good observation. I suppose their threat has been gradually retconned. In the old days you could defeat them by turning off the static electric; chucking a sheet over then; lobbing them off the Marie Celeste; setting an animatronic Frankenstein (or was it Dracula?) on to them; pushing them really fast down a slope etc. etc. I guess come the JNT era it was decided that the eye piece would become the weakness but once you get around to ‘Dalek’ in series 1 you have an almost indestructible version of the monster. I guess the Wilf moment was a bit like the scene where the Dalek takes the stairs in Remembrance; it serves to shock the audience as much as the characters involved on screen. I honestly think if someone damaged an eyepiece in the new era the dalek would instantly grown a new one or something…
I agree. I like a number of his stories but the incarnation annoys me too.
I note One can create keys with seemingly no resources to hand (including TARDIS keys). He refers to this in The Daleks and makes a fake TARDIS key in Marco Polo.
Does this continue in other One stories and do any of the other Doctors use this ability?

Just my opinion but they all look like toys to me in the modern era. Give me a Pertwee sonic.
Very young in late 80s. Child of babysitter had smashed up Dapol dalek toys. Curiosity followed. Collected a few VHS from different doctors. A very exciting and mysterious time to be a fan...
