I mean, Series 2 is great overall, but there are some stinkers in there, and Series 10 is just so much more emotionally rich and complex

I'm gonna say Moffat, but only by a tiny margin. I think the four seasons of RTD's initial stint as showrunner were more consistently great, whereas Moffat kinda faltered in S6 and S7. But S5, "The Day of the Doctor", and the Capaldi-led seasons are so good that I think it pushes me towards liking Moffat more. I love that he was able to take Doctor Who to a much, much darker place than it had ever gone before, but gave it an organic transition into that darkness, still had it feel like Doctor Who, and slowly brought back the more hopeful elements of the series as the Doctor began to rediscover his purpose.

@Miffy150 Same. I still have hope, personally, there's still good, even great stuff, and Chibnall won't be showrunner forever, so I'm still gonna watch.

Don't worry, you don't have to like it! I'm not sexist, but I HATE Captain Marvel, but I still love Wonder Woman. It's just lousy writing, and it makes sense why someone wouldn't like it. I have mixed feelings on it myself.

She plays the Doctor perfectly, and has a ton of potential, but I'm with @Cryptkeeper The on this one. She could be great, but she isn't quite there yet. I really hope she doesn't regenerate in Season 13, because we could REALLY use more time getting to know her.

Me personally, good, but not great. Easily the weakest episode of one of Who's best seasons ever. But even though I like it, I can certainly see why others don't.
