Mine would have to be Doomsday or The Shepherd’s Boy. Face of Boe and Father’s Day are also up there. I haven’t seen a ton of classics yet, but The Ice Warriors had a couple decent ones.

I think 10 suits the specific role just a tad better, though they’re both incredible. But I think 12 is just an absolutely incredible actor. So I consider them two of the best for different reasons
