If Davros and the Daleks went to Omega's world, a world he can control, create or destroy with a thought (and singularity), and killed him, they'd be killed themselves or lost in the Void forever

Even when compared to the other stories in this season, the pacing in this felt very slow and not engaging enough to keep your attention past the 1st episode

My issue is it gets way too much flack

The dinosaurs feel like they were added in as an attention grabber, because if you took them out, this story is kinda lackluster. A slow-paced espionage thriller if you're into that

Honestly, the ending is one of the best in the show. The reveal that these people would rather head off into uncharted territory because they believe they can do it, rather than listen to "one of them" saying that it's dangerous and they will die. Even the betrayal in the Doctor's reaction when he's just pleading to save them, and then chuckles and screams in awe of this backwards-ideology, despite everything he and Ruby did to help these people, is something that hasn't been done for a while, and most probably won't be used again. But the fact it's here at all, and they went that route for an ending, got to be up there in the ranking

The fact the Great Intelligence's return and rise to power is never fully utilized throughout series 7. He shows up, great. Next scene, you forget he was even there
