Least Favorite: Dodo
Let’s do it just for the pure insanity of it.
The only one I’ve read so far is The Good Doctor, and that was very good. A bit simplistic but the way Juno Dawson fleshes out the TARDIS team is fantastic. I’m planning on reading At Childhood’s End as well, just cause I’m such a big Ace fan.
I think maybe it’d be cool to have a kind of anthology/documentary series going to different planets and exploring different races. Like, one episode with the Slitheen, another with the Sontarans, etc. The plots of the episodes could help us better understand how their societies work.
Although not explicitly said in the show, Ace. The writers have said it was their intention to make her bisexual. I just wish that the expanded media would do something with that for once!
It really depends on the monster. There are some where I have no idea why people want them back (the Rani) and others where I think you could do something with them (Sea Devils, Mara). They could also just have cameos from some monsters if they can’t build a story around them. Like, I would love a cameo from the Quarks at some point.
I really like her. She gives off that Classic Who Doctor vibe that all the other New Who Doctors don’t really have in my opinion (other than Capaldi sometimes). She’s like a mix of Hartnell, Pertwee, and Capaldi in my mind.
My favorite is probably Don Warrington in Big Finish, but Timothy Dalton is my second choice.
Brilliant story, like the more twisted version of The Happiness Patrol (which I also love). The TARDIS team all get moments to shine and the plot is really solid. 10/10
You totally can, I suggest starting there and if you’re interested, check out the old stuff.
Cyberman are my favorites, but I have to admit that I’m a sucker for the Kandyman.
Looks great! 👍
The Daleks’ Master Plan and The Time Meddler Are god tier (notice how both have the Monk in them).
The Empty Child / The Doctor Dances by far.
