Frankly, it's just on a different level to almost all other Doctor Who. Back in the day, multi-Doctor stories were poor: they were excuses to have certain actors appear together, and as such less effort was put into making sure we had things like a story. Moffat clearly understood that this episode was not going to work if the story was not at the centre of it all. I don't envy the incredible stress that producing this would have created, but I am to this day stunned by its quality. It would have been so easy to go wrong, at so many points, but it's simply sublime. Dripping in so many glorious moments, it's literally impossible for me to pick one.
