Rose doesn't visit an alien planet until the impossible planet:
Rose, The Unquiet Dead, Aliens of London/World War Three, Dalek, Father's Day, The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances, Boom Town, Tooth and Claw, School Reunion, Rise of the Cybermen/Age of Steel and the Idiot's Lantern are all set on Earth
The end of the world, The Long Game, Bad Wolf, The parting of the ways and The Girl and the Fireplace are all on ships or satellites
And New Earth is on New Earth which does not count as foreign because it is the native human planet, not an alien world.
So the first time is on the Impossible Planet!!!!
