In The Giggle, it said that Rose went off to Mars (a couple of times) with the 14th Doctor, is she now a companion for the 14th Doctor?

Before anyone says anything, yes I’m well aware that I’m two days late (if only it released a day earlier then it would’ve been a surprise birthday present for me from the BBC & Doctor Who Official YouTube Channel). Anyway without further ado here is the second trailer!
One of the best specials, I think. It had a pretty good beginning and excellent effects+acting. One thing that really kind of bugged me though, was the resolution of the story- the bi-generation gimmick+the way a new tardis got formed out of nowhere just felt really..... lazy. Tennant was fantastic here but the writing here felt really weird. I'm excited for what comes next but frankly, it could have been done a LOT better. The plus sides were the Timeless Child being fixed up and the master returning imo. I just wish that they had maybe leaned into the idea that the Toymaker had been manipulating the Doctor's life instead of referencing the idea of it.
I am an enormous DW fan- I just felt some disappointment upon seeing the specials. I have been waiting years for the 60th anniversary but I felt so disappointed when I saw the Star Beast- the crappy dialogue, wooden acting, weird CGI, and writing- when coupled with the david tennant gimmick (for the second time) just really kind of bugged me. I love DW but honestly Davies NEEDS to step it up. Wild Blue Yonder was a lot better but still suffered from flaws- the CGI was not as good as the previous era, the plot was a literal REHASH OF MIDNIGHT, and it's quite literally a normal doctor who episode, not anywhere even close to the best. Yes, there are definitely pros to this new era (DONNA NOBLE IS BACK!!!) but, if I'm being honest- I enjoyed Flux and Power of the Doctor a lot more. Day of the Doctor was loads better and carried so much more intrigue with it (even if the CGI wasn't top notch). RTD can do better than this, I'm sure of it. I just hope the third special isn't as much of a letdown.
Mentioned more than once, so imo too important to not be *someone* who will be revealed at a later date. But who?
Personally I wouldn't be surprised if it was NPH. We know that whatever is being planned was set in motion long ago, and centred around Donna (and Rose through her). Rose was also making and selling toys, which is too much of a coincidence, and this is how she's brought back into events to play a much larger role in part 3.
