As a Doctor Who fanboy allegedly growing up during the 1970s and 1980s, the show's top three monsters were without a doubt "Daleks. Cybermen. Ice Warriors. In that order."
This was despite having at the time seen few Ice Warrior or Cybermen stories—it was almost the generally agreed mantra of early Doctor Who fandom at the time. No other monsters came close to those three.
But I do wonder what the general public consensus is now? "Daleks. Cybermen. Weeping Angels" perhaps?

The voice of the Daleks and Cybermen (amongst others) and all around big contributor to Doctor Who. (P.S. I've met him a lot.)
It's clear that Davies is trying to start a completely new Doctor Who, (With the whole America thing) but will he bring back the 2 main villains? Every season (Of NuWho, Most of Classic) has had the 2 villains. So far, we haven't got either of them in S1, so are you worried?
None. & that'll probably be like that for most of the season because it features one of the best TARDIS teams ever in my opinion.
It's a great serial. But one problem I do have with it though is the celebration. It should added some more humour in.
Cutler. I hate him for his rude attitude towards the Doctor & others. So glad the Cybermen killed him.

Name what your favorite version of the Cybermen is/are.
I liked the ones from the Alternate Earth created by John Lumic. The ones from Nightmare in Silver (a pretty enjoyable episode) were good too but I just love the look of Lumic’s Cybermen.
What about you guys? Which Cybermen did you like?
FYI, I loved their quote “Upgrade in progress.” Showing them being capable of upgrading themselves on the spot (if possible).
