58 years ago, on the 23rd November 1963, the very first episode of Doctor Who - named "An Unearthly Child" - was broadcast at 5.16 pm, and racked 4.4 million viewers. Since then, we have had (technically) thirty-nine more seasons, one movie, four spinoffs, fourteen+ Doctors and 866 episodes.
Doctor Who has gone on to be the longest running Sci-Fi show EVER, and it's not stopping now.
What will you be doing for Doctor Who Day? Personally, I'll be watching "An Adventure in Space and Time", and rewatching "An Unearthly Child". If you want, you can share what you'll be doing to celebrate this momentous occasion!
