Also where I the plot would he fit? How would he fit into the plot? Also his story is completed. However if you want more Simm Master listen to Masterful.

He'd already returned once. I like Simm a great deal as an actor, but I don't think his Master was either impressive or significant enough to warrant a place in the 60th anniversary specials.

There have been two Masters since him. He is already the only Master to return on TV after he was replaced.

Not really. Not denying he's a great Master but imo he was ruined in s10. Having him back would feel like overkill

I would have enjoyed a traditional multi-Doctor episode, but what they did was good.
