Last night, I happened to watch the 2022 film, Till, a dramatisation of the murder of Emmett Till, and his mother's journey for justice.

I was pleasantly surprised when I spotted non-other than Tosin Cole among the cast, playing real life civil rights activist Edgar Mevers.

I then remembered that this was unintentionally foreshadowed in Rosa ("You know what they did to young Emmett Till. You want that to be you?")
