Thirteen is my favourite revival doctor. So Seven kicks the bucket.

I just go for Thirteen.

There is only one Doctor, they are both that Doctor, you can't eliminate part of someone.

It's a matter of preference. Every Doctor has a unique aspect to them that appeals to some people meaning that you can pick a preference based on

1. Personality

2. Acting skills
