The Telosian Cybermen from the Moonbase and Tomb of the Cybermen.

Oh those were classics!

The ones from The Tenth Planet are my favourite. I also really like the Cybermasters and the ones from The Invasion. The RTD ones always looked too robotic to me, which I guess is because they were. They didn't have people inside, only the brains.

The instant upgrading of the next batch I also had an issue with, although design-wise I think they look much better. How are they actually supposed to change the make-up of their armour on the spot? It's an idea that doesn't make any sense.

The pre-Cybermen in... Uh... What was it, World Enough and Time? The one where Bill gets converted.

It's just. That scene. Where the guy is in bed pressing a button that says "pain" over and over again and the nurse comes in to do something that we assume is to help with the pain but it turns out she just turned the volume down.

I think in terms of scariness, the Mondasian cybermen from tenth planet and World enough and time are my favorite.

However my favorite DESIGN is honestly the silver nemesis cybermen. I love how it’s essentially the earthshock cybermen, but shiny!

I like the Mondasian cybermen. Their weird design is funny, cool and chilling at the same time
