Vicki, is about 16. In the Myth Makers Troilus tells her he's nearly 17 and she says that's hardly any older than her.

Also Nyssa, her age isn't explicitly stated but in Black Orchard when Tegan ask for a cocktail and Nyssa asks for te same, the Doctor coughs and Lord Cranliegh says orange for the children meaning Nyssa and Adric. So under 18.

@Dalek 16 Possibly when they met her in The Rescue, then a year before The Myth Makers. More disturbing is The Doctor leave a 15/16 year old Vicki on earth to maryy a 16/17 year old Troilus. And The Doctor left a 16/17 year old Susan on earth to marry David Campbell.
