Mine: Third & Ninth/Tens. They're absolutely great.

I absolutely LOVE McGann’s interior. The gothic library feel just makes it feel so much like a home to the doctor rather than just a ship. And it’s also the biggest the TARDIS has been so far.

A close runner up would be the 12th doctor’s

I want to also mention the 4th doctors secondary control room, except I wish it had a better console.

I also kinda like the unused season 27 TARDIS with the console suspended from the ceiling.

Of these, Whittaker's. It's too dark, but I love the angular shapes and the alien-ness. And the custard cream dispenser, which instantly launches it above most of the others.

Capaldi's and McGann's I've never loved as much as most.
