Jack: my favorite character that isn’t the Doctor
Series 3: A season with high high’s and pretty much no low points (but a few heavy mediums)
Midnight : GOAT episode at the peak of the show’s popularity

OK character, tis a shame about the real person. Twice over.
Good series, the first in the revived era with maybe no bad EPs.
Very good, very well written, but how come they never explained who or what the entity was?
@Kevin 'Chalky' Kaiba Re: the Midnight monster, that is the entire point.
Re: Eccleston, what's wrong with him as a person?
I think hee means the fact that he fell out with RTD
@SonicTsils, it's actually CE disliking pretty much all his acting work.
@Kevin 'Chalky' Kaiba What?
@FH2104, he's always grumpy. And I've heard it said, he hates his roles. Very disdainful.
@Kevin 'Chalky' Kaiba I think he's just honest. He didn't like being in make-up for eight hours for Thor, he didn't think he did the comedic parts of Doctor Who very well, and he didn't think he was great as Macbeth either (neither did many other people, which was particularly frustrating because it was the role he had always wanted to do.) Disdainful suggests he has a lack of respect, when the fact he has high standards would suggest the opposite.
We're all welcome to our opinions, but all the work he does for various charitable causes IMO renders "shame about the real person" an extremely misleading claim.
What do you think?
