I have had a look at this wiki and i personally think that the Rani should not be there. She is not Evil. To be Evil one has to take pleasure in their acts of cruelty and/or perform acts of destruction for no reason. The Rani is simply outside morality she commits heinous acts, she believes what she is doing is in the pursuit of science. What she does is wrong and cruel but to call her pure evil is in itself flawed. Of course this does depend on how one defines Evil and an Evil act (something in my belief is an act commit for no reason other they to make someone of something suffer and for one’s own amusement.).
I would also like to add I do not believe anyone is capable of being Pure Evil I believe that everyone has the capacity for good and with help and take away from a position of power any one can be reformed.
